CyberCinema puts movies on Tesla’s built-in screen. You open it in the native Tesla browser — not in a Fire Stick, not through an HDMI box, and not by jailbreaking the car. There is already a large movie library on the dashboard. It works on the front display and on the rear Tesla screen.
How CyberCinema works
Browse the library on the Tesla display. If a title is not there, use search. Open a movie page, press Watch, and play fullscreen without the usual browser chrome. It is laid out for the theater screen, not for a laptop window.
How to start
- Open Tesla’s native browser in the car.
- Go to cyberdash.net and create an account. 24-hour test access starts after sign-up.
- Open CyberCinema on the dashboard.
- Pick a title from the library, or search and press Watch.
- To use the rear Tesla screen: park, expand the front screen into theater mode from the dashboard, start theater on the rear screen, then you can close the front and keep using the app in the back.
Movies in motion
A Pro plan unlocks movies in motion, so a film can stay available while the car is moving. Watching while you drive is unsafe. Use it only when it is legal and you can stay focused on the road. Passengers can keep using the rear Tesla screen.
Movies on the rear Tesla screen
CyberCinema works on the rear Tesla screen. While parked, expand the front screen into theater mode with the button on the dashboard, then start theater on the rear screen. You can close Cyber Dash on the front display and keep the film running in the back — including after the trip continues. Passengers can watch on the rear Tesla screen; the driver should stay focused on the road.
Which Tesla models support CyberCinema?
It works on Model 3 / Y, Model S / X 2021+, and Cybertruck. You open it in the car’s native Tesla browser. Fully optimized for HW3 / HW4 on AMD Ryzen; on Intel it also runs and stays usable. Internet in the car is required.
Does it work on the rear Tesla screen?
Yes. Park, expand the front screen into theater mode from the dashboard, start theater on the rear screen, then you can close the front and keep watching in the back. No Fire Stick is needed for the rear Tesla screen either.
Is this Netflix on Tesla?
No. CyberCinema is a movies web app in Tesla’s native browser, with its own library and search. It is not a Netflix, Disney+ or other streaming login we provide.
What CyberCinema is not

- Not a Fire Stick, HDMI box, or extra gadget on the dash.
