About Cyber Dash

Tesla already does a great deal. We knew that, and we still sat in the car wanting a little more: YouTube that belonged on the screen, radio for the miles, the phone when we needed it — without another box on the seat. We are programmers. Enthusiasts first. The missing pieces were small, and they added up.

So we built Cyber Dash. Not as a studio chasing a market, but as people who drive these cars and write software, filling the gaps ourselves. For a while it was only our own commutes. Then other drivers found it. What began as a private tool became a service — a commercial project, with the same affection we started with.

The service has been live for eight months. It is a commercial project that Tesla drivers use every day — not a prototype parked on a laptop.
