Service Interruptions: We shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by maintenance, hosting failures (OVHCloud), or changes/disruptions in the YouTube API Services.

2. CONTENT ACCESS AND USE

  • Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the YouTube API or CyberTube.
  • Using the service to circumvent or skip advertisements provided by YouTube.
  • Using the content for any commercial purpose or public display.

    • Exclusive Use of Google OAuth: Your Google Account authorization is used solely and exclusively for the operation of the CyberTube service. We do not use this access for any other purposes and do not share it with third parties.

    4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    Ownership: The design, layout, look, appearance, and underlying software code of cyberdash.net are owned by MIA CONSULT GROUP Sp. z o.o. Reproduction, republication, or exploitation of such content is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.

    Trademarks: All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.

    Personal Use: Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form other than for your personal, non-commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly allowed.

    5. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

    You agree to use cyberdash.net solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party. You are strictly forbidden from:

  • Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to our servers (OVHCloud) or Firebase backend.
  • Bots and Automated Tools: Using automated scripts, bots, or software to scrape data or manipulate the service.
  • Abuse: Engaging in harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email and chat or by obscene or abusive language.
  • Infringement: Infringing on the intellectual property rights of cyberdash.net or any third parties.

    • 6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

    Our Service offers subscription-based access via Stripe.

  • Subscription Types: We offer monthly recurring payments and 1-year annual subscriptions.
  • Automatic Charging: Your credit card will be automatically charged to continue your subscription without interruption for each renewal period until you cancel.
  • 24-hour test access: After you create an account, you get 24 hours of test access in the Tesla browser. This is not an unlimited free plan. When the 24 hours end, you need an active subscription to keep using Cyber Dash.
  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to "Profile" → "Subscriptions" → "Cancel" on our website.
  • Refund Policy (14-Day Window): In accordance with EU consumer law, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription.
  • Loss of Access: Upon the processing of a refund, your access to all paid features of cyberdash.net will be terminated immediately.
  • No Partial Refunds: Once the first 14 days concludes, we do not offer partial refunds. If you cancel after 14 days, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
  • How to Refund: Send a refund request by email to support@cyberdash.net including your login/email and the request for a refund.

    • 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    General Limitation: cyberdash.net and MIA CONSULT GROUP Sp. z o.o. will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with this website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise.

    Financial Cap: In no event shall the total liability of MIA CONSULT GROUP Sp. z o.o. to you for all damages and losses exceed the amount paid by you for the last one (1) month of the subscription service immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    Third-Party Actions: We do not claim ownership, endorsement, or responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of any external sites.

    8. TERMINATION AND BANS

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Attempts to hack or compromise the website.
  • Usage of bots, scripts, or automated tools.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

    • In the event of a ban due to a violation of rules, no refunds will be issued.

    9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

    10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    cyberdash.net reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
